Tips---Sleep before 11:00 pm for ur own healthy

Please go to bed at 10:30 pm
And fall asleep at 11:00 pm, until 3:00 am

It depends on Chinese medical technology
Will balance ur  body, and rest fully

In this period (11:00 pm~3:00 am) U must fall asleep on ur bed
